Complete technical and organized securing of the congress, seminary, conferences, training.

At the disposal there are several alternatives of rooms according to the number of persons – 5 halls + foyer + entrance hall

Congress hall with capacity of 50 - 70 or max. 200 persons according to the disposition of tables and chairs with close Foyer - for refreshment coffee break, cold dish table + possibility of dancing
Castle saloon for 24 - 30 - max. 45 persons according to disposition of tables and chairs
Saloon for 14 - 16 - max. 20 persons accoring to disposition of tables and chairs. Both saloons can be connected by opening of connecting door between them
Small saloon – Club saloon – and exclusive conference room with capacity of 8 - 10 persons as per the disposition of tables and chairs, situated in the eastern tower of the hotel
Congress apartment „301“ with bedroom for arrangers - up to 12 persons
Entrance hall with the Hotel reception – the room for the sentation of products of large dimmensions, stand with introductory information presentation. Welcome drink etc.
Saloons can be used up for the arrangement of working dinners
Parking place can be used without problems as a landing point for helicopters

We further secure interpretor´s servis incl. cabins, bringing of sound into the inner and also outer rooms, projection of video and PC, back projector, TV, video, DVD, audio - video records, photo documentation decoration of a hall, placing of Logos (your supply and/or procured by us), hostesses, flower decoration, typing work, voting equipment, transport, propaganda materials, refreshment - coffee break, cold dish table, dinners, suppers in one of the hotel restaurant as per choice, accomodation in ***** hotel SEN.
